State v. Shaun Grier.  Direct appeal to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland; conviction for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute was reversed and a new trial granted.

United States v. Dorothy Jackson.  Appeal won in the Fourth Circuit on a sentencing matter.  Case remanded for a new sentencing hearing and Ms. Jackson’s sentence was reduced from 200 months to 144 months.
State v. James Logan.  Direct appeal to the Court of Special Appeals and the Court of Appeals of Maryland; two convictions for second degree murder reversed and a new trial granted.
State v. Charles Alsup. Conviction for attempted second-degree murder reversed by Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Mr. Alsup's sentence reduced by thirteen (13) years.
State v. Andrew Brissette. Fifteen (15) year sentence for possession with intent to distribute vacated and case remanded to Circuit Court for Baltimore City to impose only a five-year sentence on Mr. Brissette.
State v. Dion Jones . Relief granted by the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland and new trial granted on charges of attempted second-degree murder and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence.

State v. Eddie Wilkins . New trial granted by Court of Special Appeals of Maryland in case where Mr. Wilkins was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.

State v. Charles Walters . New sentencing hearing granted by the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland in first-degree murder case.

State v. Alphonso Spencer . Remand ordered by the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. New post-conviction hearing ordered.
State v. Andre Hagens . Reversal of conviction and life sentence ordered by Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. New trial on all counts ordered. Guilty plea to second-degree murder with a 22-1/2 year sentence.
United States v. Ronald Jones . Appeal won in the Fourth Circuit on sentencing issues. Case remanded for new sentencing hearing and sentence reduced from 187 months to 144 months.
State v. Shahid Omar . Direct appeal to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Convictions reversed and new trial granted.
State v. Richard Chaney . Direct appeal to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Mr. Chaney was granted a new sentencing hearing in murder case.
State v. Michael Kuhn . Direct appeal to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Court vacated 10 years on 30 year sentence.
State v. Tony Williams . Direct appeal to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland; conviction for first-degree murder reversed and new trial granted.
State v. Joseph Smith . New sentencing hearing granted by the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland in an appeal from the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
State v. Tony Diaz . Appeal from multiple drug convictions in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Several of Mr. Diaz’s convictions and sentences were set aside and a new sentencing hearing was granted.
