• During the Fall 2009 Semester, Mr. Bair will teach Criminal Procedure I at the Washington College of Law, The American University, Washington, DC;
  • On September 23, 2009, Mr. Bair will present a program on Fifth and Sixth Amendment issues for judges at the Judicial Institute of Maryland in Annapolis;
  • Ms. Kamins has been elected Chair of the Criminal Law and Practice Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association and will serve in that capacity from 2009 to 2010;

  • On April 15, 2005, Mr. Bair was on a panel with Judges Moylan, Barbera, and Heard, presenting a program on search and seizure issues for judges at the Judicial Institute of Maryland in Annapolis;
  • Mr. Bair wrote an article entitled "Ten Tips for the Appellate Practitioner," which appeared in both the February 2005 issue of The Barrister, the monthly newsletter of the Howard County Bar Association and the March 2005 issue of The Law Clerk, the monthly publication of the Maryland State Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section;
  • On February 10, 2005, Mr. Bair was part of a panel speaking on the death penalty at the Howard County Inns of Court in Ellicott City;
  • On February 8, 2005, Mr. Bair taped a Law School for the Public program for the Montgomery County cable television station; the topic was DNA Evidence and Databases;
